Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


2. Return Window

  • Local (Singapore) Orders: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • International Orders: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@chihongtong.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.


4. Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost

For international returns, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
