【用法用量】

 

因人而异

➡️有养生保健需求的女性自35岁、男性40以后有肾虚症状的，比如须发早白、头晕眼花、疲劳乏力、失眠健忘、夜尿多、性功能障碍、性冷淡、免疫力下降等，可服用清宫寿桃丸来养生调理；

➡️以女性为例，35岁以上至更年期人群可以从睡前服用5—10粒开始，一周后无不适症状可以加服5粒，以7天为周期循环增长，直至出现上火等不适症状，说明个体需要的补益量为出现不适症状之前的服用剂量，就可确定此剂量就为今后的标准服用剂量。此外，该剂量也可分成早晚两次分别服用，不影响药效发挥。

➡️男性40岁至60岁可以自一日一次服用15—20粒起服，个体服用量的摸索方法同女性相同。女性更年期以后的服用剂量、视同男性。

➡️60岁以上的老年人服用可分为早晚各一次，每次服用量从15粒起服，无特殊情况每周早晚各增加5粒，直到摸索到个体适合的服用剂量。

【注意事项】

1. 忌油腻食物。

2. 阴虚火旺者不宜服用。其表现为五心烦热、潮热盜汗、口干喜饮、舌红少苔、脉细数。

3. 感冒病人不宜服用。

4. 服用本品同时不宜服用藜芦、五灵脂、皂荚或其制剂:不宜喝茶和吃萝卜，以免影响药效。

5. 有高血压、心脏病、肝病、糖尿病、肾病等慢性病严重者应在医师指导下服用。

6. 本品宜饭前服用。

7. 服药二周或服药期间症状无改善，或症状加重，或出现新的严重症状，应立即停药并去医院就诊。

8.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。

9. 本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。

10. 请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。

11. 如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

Caution:

1. Avoid greasy foods.
