癃清片 | Long Qing Pian

Ingredient:

ALISMATIS RHIZOMA; PLANTAGINIS SEMEN; AGRIMONIAE HERBA; COPTIDIS RHIZOMMA; HERBA SONCHIARVENSIS; PHELLODENDRI CHINENSIS CORTEX; LONICERAE JAPONCAE FLOS; Microcrystalline Cellulose; MOUTAN CORTEX; Magnesium Stearate; HEDYOTIS DIFFUSAE HERBA; PAEONIAE RADIX RUBRA

Indications:

Clear heat and detoxify, cool blood and diuresis. Used for urocystitis caused by lower jiao dampness and heat. The symptoms include frequent urination, urgent urination, urination pain, low back pain, lower abdominal bulge; it is also used for chronic prostatitis damp-heat accumulation and blood stasis syndrome, syndrome of frequent urination, urethral burning, perineum, abdominal lumbosacral pain or discomfort.

Dosage:

Take orally. 6 tablets a time, twice a day; Severe: 8 tablets a time, 3 times a day.

Prohibition:

1. Nelsseria gonorrhoeae belongs to liver depression and qi stagnation or spleen and kidney deficiency, and should not be used for those who do not experience bladder gasification.
2. Urinary obstruction caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and qi depression, exhaustion of kidney yang, and depletion of kidney yin should not be used.
3. Contains berberine. Contraindicated in children less than 1 year, Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficient individuals, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Side Effects:

【成分】

泽泻、车前子、苣荬菜、金银花、牡丹皮、白花蛇舌草、赤芍、仙鹤草、黄连、黄柏、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁

【功能主治】

清热解毒，凉血通淋。用于下焦湿热所致的热淋，症见尿频、尿急、尿痛、腰痛、小腹坠胀；亦用于慢性前列腺炎湿热蕴结兼瘀血证，症见小便频急，尿后余沥不尽，尿道灼热，会阴少腹腰骶部疼痛或不适等

【服法用量】

口服。一次6片，一日2次；重症：一次8片，一日3次。

【禁忌】

1. 淋证属于肝郁气滞或脾肾两虚，膀胱气化不行者不宜使用。
2. 肝郁气滞，脾虚气陷，肾阳衰惫，肾阴亏耗所致癃闭不宜选用。
3. 本品含有小檗碱。一岁以内的婴儿、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症患者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。

【不良反应】

1. 少数患者出现轻度胃部不适、恶心、胃脘胀痛，食欲不振。
2. 偶有恶心、呕吐、皮疹和药热。出现此类症状时请停药。如停药后症状持续，请咨询医生或中医师

【注意事項】

1. 体虚胃寒者不宜服用。
2. 服药期间饮食宜清淡，忌烟酒及辛辣油腻食品，以免助湿生热。
